What You'll Do
- You will support the Talent & Leadership Development Team in organizing and managing learning events
- You will ensure the maintenance and quality of our Learning Database
- You will support managing KPIs and Feedback for continuous improvement of our learning opportunities
- You will support managing event reminders and ensure high participation rate
- You will ensure the maintenance of our knowledge cards
- You will support in maintaining the accesses of employees to our external learning platforms
- You will challenge the status quo to optimize our processes and increase user experience for learning through automation or AI
Who You Are
- You are amenable to starting on September 1, 2024
- You are an undergraduate student with 12 units or less
- You are available for a 6-month internship
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- You have background in learning & development or process excellence related field or have a strong interest in in learning & development or process excellence related
- You have strong communication skills
- You are a collaborative team player and people seek working with you
- Experience in Powerautomate, process improvement, Learning Management Systems or Knowledge Management systems is a plus
