The Operations Manager Greater China is responsible for
(a) Setting up the supply chain for the Greater China region (為大中華區建立供應鏈)
(b) Setting up all logistics, warehouse, and related infrastructure to support local business operations, including D2C and retail partner businesses (建立所有物流、倉庫和相關基礎設施,以支持當地業務運營)
(c) Building efficient and automated processes (建立高效和自動化嘅流程)
(d) Minimizing costs and time as well as maximizing services standard (最小化成本和時間,並最大化服務標準)

What you'll do:

    •  You will be part of the Greater China Team and be responsible for operational topics. 你將成為大中華區團隊一員,負責市場的運營事宜。
    • You will be the key contact and work closely with our suppliers plus warehouse & logistics partners. 你將成為供應商以及倉庫和物流合作伙伴的關鍵聯繫人,並與之密切合作。
    • You will work closely with our global operation team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights. 你將與我們全球運營團隊緊密合作,制定戰略。
    • You will create/optimize the smooth process from product shipment to last-mile delivery. 你將創建/優化由產品運輸到最後一英里交貨嘅平穩流程。
    • You will oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize the procedure. 你將監督和分析運營流程,優化流程。
    • You will create a strategy that automates the process of our cooperation with suppliers/warehouse partners. 你將創建一個策略,使我們與供應商/倉庫合作夥伴的合作過程自動化。

    • Key Performance Indicators關鍵績效指標
    • Responsibility for the operations of Greater China. 負責大中華區的運營。
    • Cost of warehouse, logistics and related operating costs. 倉庫、物流及相關運營成本。
    • Service and operational KPI for supply chain operation. 供應鏈和運營KPI。
    • Delivery time, error, default rate, return rate, etc. 交貨時間,錯誤和違約率,退貨率等。
    • Supplier management. 供應商管理。

Who we're looking for:

    • You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background. 本科及以上相關學歷。
    • You can fluently speak, read and write Mandarin Chinese and English. Knowledge in Cantonese is a big plus. 能讀寫繁體中文,粵語以及英語流利。
    • You show initiative, are reliable, ambitious, structured, detail-minded, and have strong analytical skills. 你具有主動性,可靠性,有野心,有條理,注重細節和有很強的分析能力。
    • You are passionate about creating and optimizing the SOP and procedures. 你對創造和優化SOP流程充滿熱情。
    • You are good at organizing complicated tasks and heavily data / numerical-based tasks. 你擅長組織複雜的任務同基於大量數據/數字的任務。
    • You have good MS Office skills (especially Excel). 熟練使用Office辦公軟件(尤其是Excel)。
    • Your strengths include team spirit and a sense of responsibility. 你具有團隊精神和責任感。
    • You are friendly, open, and highly motivated to familiarize yourself with a complex subject area and are willing to contribute your multitasking talent. 你為人友好、開放,樂於去熟悉複雜的領域,並有同時處理多項任務的才能。
    • Knowledge or experience in Supply Chain Management / Retail Operations is a plus. 具備供應鏈管理/零售運營知識或經驗者優先。
