About the Role
 
As Offline Media Manager (Americas), you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our offline media campaigns across TV, DRTV, radio, print, and other offline channels in Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing (Americas), you’ll play a critical role in building upper-funnel awareness, driving demand, and accelerating growth in key markets. You’ll work closely with media agencies, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are aligned, data-informed, and results-driven.

What you will do:

    • Develop and execute offline media strategies tailored to each market in the Americas region.
    • Plan and manage media buys across TV, DRTV, radio, print, and other offline formats.
    • Collaborate with media agencies and local partners to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and analyze offline media performance using attribution models, lift studies, and econometrics.
    • Partner with creative teams to develop compelling assets for offline campaigns.
    • Test and scale new offline channels to expand Emma’s reach.
    • Align offline campaigns with digital marketing efforts to drive a consistent customer journey.
    • Report regularly to the Head of Marketing (Americas) on results, learnings, and opportunities.

Who we are looking for:

    • 3–5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, ideally in DTC or consumer brands.
    • Proven track record of executing and scaling campaigns across TV or other performance marketing channels.
    • Experience working with media agencies or local market broadcasters.
    • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with offline performance measurement techniques.
    • Ability to balance brand and performance objectives in offline campaigns.
    • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Fluency in English; Spanish and/or French is a strong plus.
    • Self-starter mindset with a drive to innovate and continuously improve.
