What you will do
- Join the Retail leadership team and help steer Emma’s European Retail Business
- Organize and manage our store European Store management structure, showing adaptability to different contexts, in a customer-centric, people-focused and sustainably profitable manner
- Be strategic, hence anticipate and effectively address future problems in cooperation with the necessary stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to enhance employee development initiatives
- Take a leading role in the recruitment and development of Retail Country Leads and local store management teams
- Be a role model for high-performance standards and inspiring leadership
- Actively share learnings and insights from customers and employees to bolster our decision-making
- Ensure the establishment of an appropriate and scalable system landscape in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for
- More than 5 years of experience in managing an international Retail organization
- Strong people skills, including a proven track record in leading teams
- Experience in an entrepreneurial and fast-scaling organization, incorporating industry best practices and introducing technology to facilitate fast growth
- Great self-management skills – you are super organized and can manage your tasks independently.
- Passionate, self-confident and comfortable approaching others in a proactive manner
- Fluent in English (Other languages are a plus!)
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
