You will monitor and improve our retail operations & service performance for assigned markets.
You will take care of the onboarding of our Emma stores and setting all requirements in the systems.
You will steer and run all operational tasks related to our retails stores.
You will define and improve operations set up for stores that involve: order placement, fulfillment, technical set up & customer service.
Act as POC for retail team from operations side, which include Store Managers & Launch Managers.
Steering operational & customer service KPIs for our stores.
You will actively lead the operational side of store openings.

Ideally you haved gained first experience in a B2B environment related to operations account management, e-commerce or worked in a start-up environment before
You are highly structured person and manage taking care of several account
You do not shy away from problems but rather act hands on and find solutions
You are proactive and challenge questioning the status quo
You enjoy managing multiple stakeholders and excel communication even in more senior environments
You strive in improving the performance for your responsible account on an operational level and facilitate their day-to-day operations
You enjoy working with stakeholders and building strong relationships
You have great MS/Excel skills
Language: English + any other European language is a plus.
