What you'll do :

    • You will be driving development of new products and improving existing ones from a compliance perspective on all topics related to product safety, product specifications and product validations.
    • You will be contributing with new ideas to improve internal processes, workflows and implementating product compliance SOP frameworks.
    • You will be responsible for researches to identify local legal requirements related to our products accross over 30 jurisdictions.
    • You will be working closely with stakeholders from several departments in cross team projects.
    • You will be working with making our product marketing assets compliant.
    • You will be working with due diligence workflows on all relevant product aspects (EUDR, REACH, Fire Retardancy Standards etc.).
    • You will be collaborating with internal teams and external partners on auditing product and supplier compliance.

Who we are looking for :

    • You have a degree in engineering namely materials or chemical engineering, law or any quality related field.
    • You have experience in creating processes, setting up frameworks from scratch and working in a cross team function.
    • You enjoy working with technical specifications, standards, but also the business aspects of these and how they may impact the life of the company.
    • You are hands on, flexible and thrive in fast-paced environments.
    • You have worked with ISO standards, chemical regulations and are used to looking at the regulatory framework of several points of the globe.
    • 1+ years of experience in Quality or Product Compliance is a plus, but not a necessity
