If you are a data-driven, growth-focused, and action-oriented marketer, this role is for you.

- Analyze performance data using Tableau, Looker Studio, GA4, and in-platform dashboards to generate actionable insights and scale what works.
- Influencer & Content Marketing

- Provide marketing inputs to channel owners (e.g., D2C, marketplace) based on campaign performance and customer insights.
- Manage agencies and freelancers effectively with clear briefing, output-based tracking, and timeline discipline.
Who We're Looking For
- You have 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, D2C growth and performance marketing, ideally in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce brand.

- You’re highly analytical and data-driven. You make decisions using KPIs, various data, and cost-efficiency metrics.
- You’re proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Naver Ads, and ideally experienced with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio.

This is NOT a “keep-the-lights-on” role. As the senior marketing lead in Korea, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy for a challenger brand entering one of Asia’s most competitive, high-expectation markets. You’ll define the narrative, shape the funnel, test bold ideas, and work directly with our APAC leadership team and global experts to make it happen.
You’ll build our systems, run experiments, and create localized strategies tailored to Korean consumers while leveraging the proven frameworks of a high-performing global brand.
If you’re looking for ownership, impact, and growth - then this is your chance to lead, build, and grow a high-potential brand from the ground up backed by global firepower.
Become an Emmie
Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off. We want you. But only if you're willing to go all in. Only if you're willing to question, disrupt, innovate, and create from the ground up.
