Process Excellence Manager

What you'll do:

    • Drive alignment between Finance, Operations, Commercial, Tech, and Data teams.
    • Optimize financial and operational data flows to enable accurate and actionable reporting.
    • Support data-driven decision-making across the Americas region.
    • Map and improve data flows across ERP, OMS, and other systems.
    • Ensure accurate and consistent P&L reporting across teams.
    • Enhance BI dashboards and reporting logic (Tableau/Power BI).
    • Lead data and reporting improvement projects across functions.
    • Promote a data-driven culture through training and clear documentation.

What we´re looking for:

    • Must-Have:
    • Bachelor’s in Finance, Analytics, Accounting, or similar.
    • 5+ years in data/finance operations, project management, or continuous improvement.
    • Strong knowledge of P&L, accounting, and financial reporting.
    • Proficient in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
    • Experience in stakeholder management and process documentation.
    • Nice-to-Have:
    • Advanced SQL/data modeling.
    • ERP experience (preferably MS Dynamics 365).
    • Lean Six Sigma or process improvement training.
