What you’ll do:
- You will lead and set the strategy for Emma’s global recruiting & employer branding teams in Frankfurt, Manila & Lisbon to further improve Emma’s position as one of the preferred employers in our target markets and to keep fostering our growth
- As part of the People& Org senior leadership team, you will drive cross-team collaboration company-wide to internally strengthen the position of the Recruiting & Employer Branding team as well as the People & Org team in general
- Together with your team, you will review, improve and even disrupt the teams’ internal processes, operational setup and connected strategies for increased productivity and excellence on a global scale
- Guide a team of highly motivated young leaders and team members to drive initiatives in the organization. You will be responsible for their future growth and development.
Who we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in fast-paced companies (preferably scale-ups), in consulting or other high-performance environments
- Passion for recruiting and people topics and the ambition to build the world’s best Recruiting team - no professional experience in People & Org/HR topics needed
- Talent for strategic thinking and analyzing situations, with the ability to execute strategies with your team.
- Great communication and people skills, enabling you to lead the team and its leaders and sway stakeholders across different levels.
- Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Solid organizational abilities and attention to detail, managing multiple tasks at once.
- You can work independently and take the lead, while also being a team player who collaborates effectively with others.
