What you'll do:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and operations planning strategies to optimize efficiency and meet business objectives.
- Lead a big team of planning professionals, providingguidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee demand planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasting to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
- Manage supply planning to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to align planning strategies with overall business goals.
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to adapt planning strategies accordingly.
- Implement and improve planning systems and tools to enhance departmental effectiveness.
Who we are looking for:
- University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject. MBA preferred.
- More than 10years of experience in planning, with a focus on sales and operations planning, demand, and supply planning, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and a good Stakeholder Management.
- You have a proven track record of developing and managing high performance teams
- You are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
