Marketing Intern (Mandarin speaking, Shanghai based)

You will assist in recruiting partners by identifying and selecting individuals or organizations that align with our brand’s tone and offer commercial partnership value.
You will support the effective collaboration and implementation of projects, coordinating various issues to promote deep, long-term cooperation.
You must have experience with advertising on Douyin, capable of adjusting deployment strategies based on data analysis to optimize advertising results.
You must understand the operational processes of e-commerce platforms, able to assist with the daily affairs of the store, and enhance sales performance.
You will assist with content creation on official social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and Weibo, producing text, videos, and managing accounts to effectively increase readership and followers.
You will assist in editing and planning external copy and selling points for the brand, ensuring consistency of brand information.

Education and Language: College juniors or seniors available to intern at least three days per week, with proficient Chinese and English skills.
Proactive Personality: Reliable, eager to improve, clear logical thinking, and strong analytical skills.
Willing to accept challenges and possesses strong stress management skills.
Proficiency in PS & AI: Capable of using design software such as Photoshop and Illustrator for material editing and clipping.
Internet Acumen: Keen perception of internet culture, able to identify online trends, and create compelling content.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with team members and partners.
Heavy Douyin User: Familiar with the operational mechanisms and user behavior of the Douyin platform, able to provide effective suggestions for content creation and promotion on Douyin.
Relevant internship experience preferred.
