You will be leading our Southern Europe cluster, with a heavy focus on warehouse management, fulfillment, and order management.
Together with your team you define streamlined state-of-the-art processes and roll them efficiently out with the partners.
You create, define, and manage KPI and Service Levels for our global Warehouses, Carriers, and Logistics Service Providers.
You develop a warehousing and fulfillment strategy that can deliver a quality performance for optimal costs and can scale with market growth.
You will work closely with a broad range of internal stakeholders, including country teams, other operational teams, and our Tech team.
You will make sure that process and performance are monitored regarding quality, costs, and service level.
You will develop, implement, and share best practices within the company.
You will build a team and develop your team members to be able to scale with Emma’s growth and optimize performance levels.

University Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject or relevant working experience in this area.
You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and a good Stakeholder Management.
You have a proven track record of developing and managing team members.
You are a self-starter, and have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems.
You are conceptually strong and have a can do-mentality.
You have an independent and structured way of working and think process-oriented.
