SUMMARY:
As the Regional Sales Manager, HVAC Commercial, you will be responsible for business development in Data Center Design, Environmental Control, and Critical Power Solutions services. As the manager, you will also manage a small team with the goal of expanding the size of the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understands all aspects of data center etiquette, fire suppression systems, dry pipe systems and EPO panel and operations.

Review A/P Invoices and sign off on all branch invoices.

Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.

Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control branch goals.

Coordinates sales by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.

Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.

Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.

Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. This includes estimating and providing project proposals.

Analyzes and controls expenditures of branch to conform to budgetary requirements.

Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

Approves budget, and expenditures for branch including monthly management of the P&L.

Complete additional items as directed to by the COO and or CEO.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises the branch Sales Reps, Operations Manager, Installation and Electrical managers. Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, orienting and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; communicating job expectations, reviewing job contributions and appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; enforcing policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Five to ten years related experience HVAC

Experience managing employees, employee relationship building and performance management techniques

Commercial HVAC system and computer room mechanical experience is a must and critical environment and data center experience is preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization

Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results

Knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Excel, Word, Project and Outlook

Experience with Acumatica (internal ERP system) is a plus.

Must be able to work outside of regular business hours which will include nights and weekends to meet customer requirements.

Willingness to travel on an as needed basis.

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
