Are you an outgoing, people oriented, lively person who loves to help? Great, we are hiring for teammates just like you for our next Recruiting Specialist. This position requires 1-2 weeks onsite to train and then can be 100% remote or hybrid or full time in office if you prefer.
WORK hours must be 6:00 am - 3:00 PM as you will be supporting East Coast clients.

What you’ll do as an Recruiting Specialist
- 100% on the phone
- Outbound phone calls to candidates who apply (headsets, dual monitor and laptops provided)
- Conduct pre-screening with candidates to cover basic questions ( template provided)
- Making job offers, sending background checks
- Scheduling new hires for new hire orientation
What you’ll need to be successful as a Recruiting Specialist
- Able and willing to work 6:00 am - 3:00 pm to support East Coast clients
- Enjoy talking with people
- Bi-lingual (spanish / english) HIGHLY preferred
- Experience with MS Excel skills
- Experience with MS Outlook and MS Teams - 0365
- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a changing environment
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Passion for People
- Can only hire in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Texas and New Mexico at this time.
