Job Summary
As a Customer Success Project Manager, you will oversee the successful implementation of the Enable SaaS platforms for our customers. Reporting to the Director, CS Project Manager Office, you will own and manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales engagement through delivery, review, and closure. This includes managing project scope, schedule, resources, and risks for enterprise client implementations. You will collaborate with Customer Success Managers and lead a team of Implementation Analysts to ensure tasks are completed according to project plans. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Revenue, and Marketing to drive customer value. Your role will involve using standardized delivery models, documenting best practices, and serving as a trusted partner for our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict resources required to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules.
- Provide consistent updates to internal and external stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Utilize industry best practices for project execution.
- Monitor progress and adjust project plans as needed.
- Perform project management processes as per prescribed methodologies (e.g., waterfall, Agile, Scrum).
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project-related matters.
- Proactively report project status to management and stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Effective communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while knowing when to collaborate with colleagues.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of various project management methodologies: waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.
Required Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience leading successful enterprise-grade SaaS or enterprise implementation projects for customers in the Fortune 500 or similar.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or ITIL.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Direct and manage a team of Implementation Analysts assigned to projects
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required for customer engagements and project-related activities.

- Once hired this person will have the title "Customer Success Project Manager"
