Enable is the world leading rebate management software company that recently secured Series D funding and unicorn status. As one of the fastest growing SAAS companies in the world right now, Enable is looking for a motivational and value driven professional with a proven track record of excelling within solutions consulting.
The Solutions Consulting function at Enable is a little different. In addition to technical knowledge, your team will be relied on to support in business value and rebate strategy conversations with prospects and customers.
Your Role
- Manage the day to day operation of the N.A. Solutions Consulting function, including:
- Coordinating the SC resource in response to regular requests from Sales.
- Collaborating with relevant teams, such as Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Product and Engineering, driving a culture where impact and performance are paramount.
- Ensuring your team have the support they need to perform their roles.
- Providing support in prospect calls.
- Attending (or delegating cover for) weekly forecast calls.
- Lead, develop and mentor your team to be world class value driven industry experts.
- Develop a strategy for your team that helps Enable reach its organizational growth goals.
- Support your team in striking an appropriate balance between a) quality and speed and b) short and long-term priorities.
- Help to define, and where appropriate, own goals and OKRs.
- Support the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for key product initiatives.
- Continue to grow your team’s consulting skills through group instruction and individual learning.
Requirements
- An experienced Solutions Consultant, with an established track record as a top performing individual contributor.
- Leadership qualities, which may be demonstrated within or without the work context.
- A passion for, and experience of, mentoring and coaching.
- A highly collaborative leader who can formulate and champion a clear, impactful vision and work cross-functionally to bring that vision to life.
- A compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audiences.
- An effective communicator who knows how to influence and manage multiple partners with conflicting and competing priorities.
- An advocate for Enable who is passionate about hiring, mentoring, and leading a diverse and impactful team of Solutions Consultants.
- An organized and results-driven professional who can manage multiple projects across multiple teams, stick to realistic deadlines, and push back if necessary.
- An agent for change who can communicate in writing and in person to build consensus.
- A “can do” person who’s prepared to do whatever it takes to build a “can do” team of effective Solutions Consultants.
