Job Summary 
 
The Vice President of Product Management at Enable will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, innovation, and execution of our product portfolio. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will lead the product management function and ensure that product strategy aligns with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS, and a passion for delivering customer-centric solutions that scale.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Define and own the long-term product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities across Enable’s intelligent rebate and pricing platform
    • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
    • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to drive product delivery and ensure high-quality, scalable releases
    • Align product direction with business outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
    • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market data to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities
    • Establish and monitor key product performance metrics and KPIs to measure product impact and success
    • Ensure effective product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and iteration
    • Serve as a product evangelist and thought leader internally and externally, including with customers, partners, and analysts

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

    • Deep knowledge of enterprise SaaS products, preferably in the pricing, finance, supply chain, or rebate management domains
    • Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing and scaling product teams
    • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-informed approach to decision-making
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including executive-level presentation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer needs into innovative product solutions
    • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Required Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
    • 12+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
    • Proven success leading enterprise product strategy and execution within a high-growth technology company

Preferred Education and Experience

    • MBA or relevant advanced degree
    • Experience in B2B SaaS platforms related to pricing, revenue optimization, or financial systems
    • Background in scaling product organizations within a PE-backed or VC-backed growth-stage company
