Job Summary
 
As a Business Systems Analyst you will be a key member of our Customer Success Business Systems team. You will work as part of a team, alongside a CS Business Systems Manager, to maintain and improve the current CS Business Systems as well as implementing new technologies for the Customer Success team. You will also help troubleshoot technical issues and support the wider Customer Success organization with their business systems.

What we're asking you to do!

    • Plan and execute projects relating to internal systems & data
    • Help leadership evaluate various system and software procurements.
    • Work with technical resources to help design, develop, test and implement solutions.
    • Participate in ETL and data modeling design planning sessions.
    • Report team and system progress regularly to the organization.
    • Recognize opportunities to improve efficiencies and implement them.
    • Provide input in designing end to end solution from a technical perspective.
    • Responsible for planning and implementing new and existing technologies in the operations system architecture

What we are asking you to bring!

    • 3+ years experience completing end to end implementation of enterprise solutions
    • 3+ years experience evaluating, maintaining and improving enterprise systems
    • Highly Technical: You have superior analytical skills and technical knowledge.
    • Organized: You can tackle multiple priorities, understand the timelines associated with each, and execute with operational efficiency being top of mind.
    • Meticulous: You have outstanding attention to detail and understanding of key priorities and initiatives.
