Job Summary

As a Business Process Specialist at Enable, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall organizational performance. The role involves assessing existing processes, collaborating with stakeholders to design improvements, and overseeing change management to ensure a seamless transition to optimized processes.
 
What we are asking you to do!

Business Process Analysis
·       Assess current business processes within Enable to identify strengths, weaknesses, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
·       Utilize data analysis and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement in Enable’s processes.

Business Process Design
·       Collaborate with stakeholders to design new and improved business processes that align with organizational goals and enhance operational effectiveness.
·       Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to illustrate proposed changes.

Technology Integration
·       Collaborate with internal teams to create solutions that support and automate improved business processes.

Change Management
·       Coordinate the transition and adoption of new processes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum employee engagement.

Training and Documentation:
·       Confidently present analysis findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
·       Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure that employees understand and can effectively follow optimized processes.
·       Create comprehensive documentation for reference.
 

What we are asking you to bring!

    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business operations or analysis, with a focus on process improvement being a strong advantage.
    • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, software engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement business process improvements.
    • Familiarity with technology integration and automation solutions.
    • Strong change management skills, ensuring smooth transitions during process enhancements.
    • Ability to develop training materials and conduct effective training sessions.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Experience in working effectively against deadlines, providing deliverables within agreed timeframes.
