Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of the hospital’s building and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and assess the building for potential safety hazards
- Prepare reports and documents related to building maintenance and repairs
- Manage and maintain the hospital’s inventory of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize waste and optimize storage.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective purchasing.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in facility management, building engineering, or inventory control.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for animal care and commitment to supporting a veterinary environment.
