Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage various projects to improve hospital operations. 
    • Work closely with the hospital staff to ensure project milestones are met. 
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. 
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. 
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration among different departments. 
    • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes. 
    • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and industry regulations. 
    • Organizing reports, invoices, contracts and other financial files for easy access 
    • Planning meetings and organizing project logistics 

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
    • Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a healthcare or veterinary setting. 
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools. 
    • Passion for animal care and welfare. 
$65,000 - $90,000 a year
compensation based on skills and experience.
