Customer service enthusiasts- we are looking for you! Big Creek Veterinary Hospital is ready to hire a full-time Customer Service Representative to help support our fast-growing needs! We are looking for caring, self-motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with clients/co-workers.

What you will do:
Our CSRs make a difference in the lives of our clients and patients. You play the starring role in every client experience, from checking patients in and out of their appointments, managing phones, and scheduling appointment while at the same time providing excellent customer service.

What we are looking for:
·         Veterinary/medical office experience is preferred but can train the right candidate!
·         Ability to use positive language & excellent communication skills
