POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Chief of Staff to oversee various tasks related to marketing, design, event planning, and execution for EVG Specialty Network, as well as provide support, as-needed, for our in-hospital marketing teams.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content to support the corporate Network team across departments including Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Operations, as well as individual hospital support
- Social Media Management: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and more
- Website Management: Work with our digital partner to build and maintain website
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and promoting events and other promotional activities
- Asset Management: Help maintain various digital content, branding, campaign assets, and promotional swag across corporate and hospital teams
- Reputation Management: Monitor hospital reviews and work with the management team in overall reputation management
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE - preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years relevant marketing/communications experience
- Experience working within a veterinary or healthcare environment
- Experience with and strong working knowledge of digital/PPC advertising such as Google Ads
- Proficient in Canva, digital marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to work independently
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
$58,000 - $70,000 a year
This is a remote position with occasional travel for Network team-building, hospital events, and/or industry conferences. Compensation negotiable and based on skills and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, generous paid time off, and more!
