Medical Director Role - You will work alongside the Practice Manager and have the creative freedom to bring in your style of leadership while influencing positive behavior and outcomes through training, development, and timely feedback in developing effective local teams.

Communication- Maintaining a regular, disciplined rhythm of communication that maintains focus on priorities and goals is a core responsibility in leading our team.
