WHO WE ARE: 
Our mission at Veterinary Care and Specialty Group is to provide compassionate, advanced referral, and emergency veterinary care. VCSG is a privately-owned emergency and referral hospital located near downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. In addition to our 24/7 Emergency Service, VCSG offers Surgery, Anesthesia, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology, Veterinary Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, I-131, and Critical Care services.   

Our staff includes Board Certified Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Internists, Neurologist, Cardiologist, Oncologist, and Criticalist.  Our facility has the latest diagnostic equipment including ultrasound, digital radiology, CT, and state-of-the-art lab equipment.  

We continue to expand out state of the art hospital that includes an in-house 1.5 Tesla MRI, twelve Exam Rooms, three Surgery Suites, I-131 Ward, Underwater Treadmill, Laser Therapy, Blood Bank, Hyperbaric Chamber, ICU Ward, Cat Ward, and Isolation Ward. We continue to expand.  We have just opened the 27,000 square foot Pullen Cancer Center. The first of it's kind in the region.
