The emergency and critical care coordinator works in the emergency/hospitalization and critical care services. They are responsible for the efficiency and quality of the communication to clients and referring veterinarians. This position requires an individual with exceptional client service skills; great time management skills and veterinary assistant skills, including a willingness to work hands-on with patients; a level of comfort, tact, and empathy when speaking to clients regarding medical updates; and an ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities Include but not Limited to
- Frequent communication with clients
- Assisting veterinarians in the Emergency Room as requested
- Work hands on with patients
- Charge compliance
- Other duties as assigned

We have MRI, CT, a separate dedicated ICU, long-term ventilator capability, and hemodialysis onsite.
