We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Certified Veterinary Rehabilitation Technician to join the Friendship Rehab Department.
About the Role: Our department is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic tools, including laser therapy, ultrasound, e-stim, hydrotherapy (Oasis UWTM), and a full range of therapeutic exercise equipment. Working alongside specialists in surgery, neurology, radiology, oncology, ophthalmology, cardiology, internal medicine, and primary care, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate daily in a cutting-edge facility that fosters teamwork and innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in delivering comprehensive rehabilitative care including assessments, therapeutic exercises, massage, hydrotherapy, ultrasound, hot/cold therapy, and laser treatments
- Communicate professionally with clients and referral veterinarians regarding the patient’s rehabilitation progress
- Maintain concise and accurate records of the patient’s treatment progress and related charges
- Assist in planning, customizing and performing rehabilitation treatments according tothe patient’s needs
- All other related duties as assigned
- Must be able to work a 3-day work week (13 hour) shifts
Qualifications:
- Certification in Canine Rehabilitation (CCRVT, CCRVN, CCRP, VTS,CVPP)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive, collaborative attitude.
- Willingness to learn and implement Fear Free handling techniques.
- Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with word processing and digital veterinary record systems
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time

$36 - $40 an hour
compensation is negotiable based on skills and experience.
