Endpoint is looking for a Senior Functional Analyst, responsible for independently working with operations on gathering requirements, managing configurations, addressing system issues, collaborating with teams, and assisting in process improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and documenting business processes, translating those to effective workflows/steps and implementing those changes within a system. This team works closely with our product and strategy team to provide feedback on new functionality and with our operations to rollout workflow changes that directly impact our customers.

As a Senior Functional Analyst, you will use your skills to:

    • Lead the capture and analysis of detailed business requirements related to process and complex system configurations.
    • Drive process improvements and workflow optimizations while maintaining and documenting standard operating procedures.
    • Design, implement, and manage complex configuration changes and enhancements.
    • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance of system changes.
    • Resolve escalated system issues and provide guidance to junior team members.
    • Drive continuous improvement of system configurations and workflows.
    • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation for system configurations and issue resolution.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data and support strategic operational initiatives.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • Complexities and impact
      Seniors handle highly complex system configurations, lead projects, and mentor junior team members. Their work significantly impacts operational efficiency, user experience, and strategic initiatives.

      Supervision Needed / Expected
    • Limited supervision, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members.

You'll come to Endpoint with:

    • Advanced understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices. Proficiency in system configuration tools, issue tracking systems, and data analysis tools.
    • Advanced knowledge of databases (SQL) and working with data
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Continually elevating customer experience standards through promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization
    • Attention to detail with expeditious execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Possess intellectual curiosity, having the ability to see beyond what the customers want to deliver what they need.
    • Work well under pressure, meet deadlines, organize workload, and maintain accurate records.
    • Experience and working knowledge in the title and escrow industry a plus.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation in system configurations.
    • Experience with workflow/process design tools
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience in systems configuration and support, with demonstrated leadership in complex projects. Strong expertise in SDLC and agile methodologies.

    • We offer competitive compensation; base pay is one part of your total compensation package in addition to an annual bonus.
    • The Senior Functional Analyst role pays between $87,945 and $182,655 per year and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications and experience.
This hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of posting and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate's education, training and experience.
