Job Summary:

ERI is seeking a qualified candidate for an immediate full-time job opening for the position of Project Management Admin, located in San Leandro, CA. This position reports to the Program Manager for Water Operations and will be responsible for processing Sales Orders of ERI products, supporting customers with existing equipment and installations.  

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Execution of Sales Order based Customer PO’s, with ability to track all open backlog and report status updates to Customers and Program Manager.
    • Developing relationships with customers and creating a pattern of effective communication throughout the order.
    • Interfacing with internal departments to plan, organize, and direct activities required for shipping products and meeting deliverables and customer requirements.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and support orders with short life cycles.
    • Troubleshooting internal and external customer issues, including credit, duplicate orders, emergency requests, etc.
    • Assist in managing and maintaining RMA or Warranty related customer orders.
    • Work cross-functionally across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting, Shipping and possibly other departments, to ensure that all sales order activities are on track.
    • Assist with PM related meetings.
    • Other duties & projects as assigned.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

    • BA/BS Degree or minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in order management/project management field with proven track record of successful order execution.
    • Customer service oriented, with excellent communication skills.
    • Must be reliable and capable of working independently, with the ability to work on numerous orders simultaneously and use sound judgment in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Proactive, team-oriented person who can anticipate needs; takes initiative with excellent follow-through.
    • Must be organized and detailed, as well as process-oriented with the ability to work under deadlines and time constraints.
    • Knowledge and experience with reputable ERP systems preferred; Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
    • Knowledge and experience with domestic and international export preferred, including but not limited to: Incoterms and Letters of Credit.
    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Products such as Excel; experience with report generation a plus.
