Market leader is seeking an experienced Salesforce Implementation Consultant to participate in all stages of the implementation life-cycle, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support. Project responsibilities include gathering client requirements, configuring the financial services solution to meet documented client requirements, setting and managing client expectations, identifying risks and communicating issues to the project manager.

The Implementation Consultant will help move customers' core processes to the cloud while leveraging the power and security of the Salesforce platform to deliver multiple solutions.

Responsibilities

    • Work with Project Manager to develop and deploy implementation project plans and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and optimize return on investment
    • Participate in all aspects of the implementation process which includes collaborative consultation with the client, requirements definition, configuration, unit and integration testing, training and full deployment
    • Configuration tasks can include: formula driven workflow, email alerts & templates, new fields, light process builder modifications, approval processes, creation or modification of reports, searches and dashboards to meet client’s business requirements
    • Document/validate client business requirements and map to financial services functionality on the Salesforce platform
    • Conduct consulting sessions over the phone or in-person and document with meeting minutes
    • Attend internal project meetings and provide status on activities and deliverables
    • Provide clients with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertise
    • Be a “go-to” resource for specific functional areas for both internal and external users
    • Review policies periodically and make best practice recommendations
    • Consult and advise clients through the implementation process on best practices that maximize value and return on investment of their solution
    • Collaborate with the project team, internal partners, external client, and third parties to ensure the successful delivery of the application
    • Responsible for managing the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of data
    • Audit data and modules as needed
    • Provide customer with end user training as needed
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
    • 2 years of software implementation experience; software in a SaaS / Cloud computing environment
    • A minimum of 2 years' experience on the Salesforce platform
    • Requested Certifications include either Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification, Salesforce Admin Certification, &/or Salesforce App Builder
    • Experience in business process mapping is an asset
    • Configuration experience including: formula driven workflow, email alerts & templates, new fields, light process builder modifications, approval processes, creation or modification of reports, searches and dashboards to meet client’s business requirements
    • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

    • Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting and resolving data-related issues
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
