Opportunity Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Administrator for Enlitic. Primary responsibility is to design, deploy, manage, and support our core operational infrastructure to support our internal users. In this position the candidate will be responsible for network operating systems, storage, servers, hardware, virtualization, Active Directory, and application. Will work with cross functional teams to ensure a secure high-performance environment supporting our end-users and core systems. Demonstrated leadership through influence as well as direct line reporting structures.

·       Fort Collins - Northern Colorado Area. REQUIRED

·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, Engineering, Computer Science, professional certification, or equivalent work experience

-3-6 years experience as a System Administrator in a Corporate environment.
-Experience using and troubleshooting Microsoft Solutions, VMware Solutions and applications.
-Experience using and troubleshooting Linux Solutions
-Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and K8
-Working knowledge of configuring SharePoint and Azure Active Directory
-Experience using and troubleshooting MS-SQL, MS 365 and application servers
-Ability to configure MS Teams, OneDrive and similar Microsoft applications
-Knowledge of network protocols
- Experience with storage infrastructures, technologies, and infrastructure
- Experience with on-prem and off-prem infrastructures, solutions, and deployments
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Network Services (DHCP, DNS and WINS), Group Policy Object management, Single Sign-On, and related directory and authentication technologies
-Familiarity with administration and support on VMWare ESX or other server virtualization platforms
-A broad range of experience in the following areas with an eagerness to learn in areas where experience or exposure have been minimal:

Position Responsibilities
-Create and provision of a multi-server environment (physical and virtual).
-Manage server and storage health including preventative and recovery measures if needed.
-Provide updates and server patches for our client's Windows environment.
-Maintain system efficiency
-Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
-Manage Active Directory, Server Operating Systems (Microsoft and Linux)
-Manage all aspects of our Microsoft environment, applications and solutions including, Microsoft O-365, desktop operating systems and security
-Manage virtual environments and solutions
-Maintain storage infrastructure and delivery
-Work with Security to ensure company-wide security from end-user devices to core server and application infrastructure and maintain a standard for all end-user devices, security, asset management
-Oversee the upkeep, configuration, and reliable operation of all computers systems.
-Manage disaster recovery systems, uptime, performance, and resources
-Work with networking and cloud team to ensure  delivery of IT services and compliance to operational and security requirements
-Manage and maintain all company applications and department tools
-Responsible for the management and maintenance of SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS teams.
-Responsible for Server hardware, connectivity, and accessibility
-Responsible for Server and workstation security policies, troubleshooting and upgrades of essential systems and hardware
-Responsible for the corporate email and systems
-Deploy and manage internal communication policies, systems, and infrastructure
-Manage our company storage strategy and infrastructure
-Work with the security team for desktop security, antivirus, malware and more
