This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accounting Manager, to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Job Summary:
- As a Sr. Accounting Manager, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You will be managing all aspects of accounting operations. Must be a self-starter and work with limited direction while demonstrating ownership of areas of responsibility and driving solutions and alternatives in a dynamic environment. The position requires strong financial, accounting and management skills and the ability to understand the big picture while being detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and reasonableness of various internal and external financial statements
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of all monthly and quarterly financial statement close processes in accordance with US GAAP
- Ensure a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets, ensure financial statement accuracy and improve operations
- Oversee general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, etc.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports/statements
- Lead the day-to-day financial activities, including timely filing and compliance of sales/used taxes, property tax, income tax and other corporate compliance matters
- Key liaison for external auditors
- Play a leading role in enhancing enterprise resource planning system implementation and other strategic initiatives
- Implement best practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP, and policies and procedures
- Support the implementation of internal control processes
- Ensure key internal controls over financial reporting are designed and operating in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations
- Monitor and analyze department to continuously develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining effectiveness of controls
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in related experience
- Technology industry experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills in US GAAP
- Experience with various ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal, written and communication skills
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Team builder, and good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
