This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

As our Payroll/Stock Administrator, you will be an important contributor for the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. You must be a self-starter demonstrating ownership of areas of responsibility. The ideal candidate is one who has a can-do attitude, and a customer-centric approach to his or her work.

Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for day-to-day payroll activities such as gathering employee changes from HR and other sources and providing the data to the payroll service providers.
    • Be the first responder to employees’ inquiries on payroll and equity.
    • Review timecards for accuracy.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations; apply correct tax withholdings for each type of earnings.
    • Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
    • Generate recurring reports for multiple internal and external corporate partners (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, auditors).
    • Assist in equity administration process such as new grants, exercise, terminations, and releases.
    • Maintain accurate employee records in the payroll and equity system.
    • Cross-functional collaboration with Human Resources
    • Calculate and enter payroll deductions, such as taxes and benefits.

Qualifications

    • 2 years of experiencing using WD payroll or ADP payroll.
    • Experience with Shareworks and Equity Edge Online preferred.
    • Excellent Excel skills.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
