This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.
Job Summary:
Director of Information Security at Enovix is a senior-level position responsible for leading and overseeing the information security functions. You are entrusted with protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization’s information assets and technologies. As the Director of Information Security, you develop and implements comprehensive strategies, policies, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and respond effectively to security incidents
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing information security strategies, policies, and procedures
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the organization’s information assets
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Leading and managing of security professionals.
- Developing and managing the budget for information security initiatives
- Collaborating with other senior management personnel to ensure that each department is complying with standards.
- Assess and protect company’s data, network, infrastructures, endpoints, and manufacturing systems; to ensure they are monitored, up-to-date, secured by default; and able effectively handle security incidents.
- Experienced in managing security systems, like XDR, EPP, CSPM, M365 and Azure Security.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity needs, challenges, and solutions.
- Knowledgeable in IT-SOX, NIST-CSF, ISO 27002, SOC2, OWASP and other security standards
- Must maintain a high degree of knowledge of current regulatory, privacy, and security industry best practice guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five to ten years of leadership role experience in cybersecurity and information technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or cybersecurity.
- Certifications CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
