This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Fremont, California for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Plan, build, and deploy the systems which will enable manufacturing to scale securely across the globe. 

Manage the factory IT group to deliver timely solutions for identified company needs. 

Foster a culture with a systematic, transparent, and accountable approach to project management. 

Develop talent within the organization through coaching and modeling desired behaviors and habits. 

Collaborate within IT to facilitate clean, secure, and clear interactions between systems. 

Maintain effective communication with other business groups and with factory operations in particular. 

Meet project deadlines while maximizing resources, prioritizing appropriately given other commitments. Understand the business needs and systems well enough to know when to say “no.” 

5+ years’ experience with enterprise-level IT systems particularly MES and ERP. 

Demonstrated ability for architecting the high-level plan for major IT systems. 

3+ years’ experience as a manager 

Track record of developing and maintaining documentation to support IT systems. 

Strong written and verbal communications, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 

Sufficient knowledge of software development to review strategy – ability to review code is a bonus. 

Familiarity with IT infrastructure: servers, networks, databases, security, etc. 

Good judgment and the ability to act despite risks or incomplete data. 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar area of study  

$140,000 - $270,000 a year
