This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Job Summary

    • The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the worldwide network and computer infrastructure at Enovix. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills. This person will also be responsible for developing business processes, supporting information security and compliance requirements. (SOX, security, etc.) 

Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support for computer and software related issues
    • Manage helpdesk tickets using our ServiceDesk ticketing system
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades
    • Experience working with network and server support teams
    • Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment
    • Ability to work on-call when required
    • Ability to work non-standard shift hours when required
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Must work on shift rotation, in a team with other colleagues to provide 7 x 24 hours Support

Skills and Qualifications

    • 5+ year's experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or in IT support
    • Experience with Windows Desktop and Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365
    • Experience with LAN/WAN/WiFi Networks
