As a key player in our Revenue Cycle Management team, you will be pivotal in training new clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless resolution of issues by interfacing with our support and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new clients on our RCM platform to ensure efficient system use and integration.
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and our technical teams, managing and triaging client issues with agility and proactive communication.
    • Collaborate with our support and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.
    • Monitor and report on the financial performance and health of client accounts, utilizing our business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client management processes and tools through regular feedback and innovative ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 5 years in medical billing / revenue cycle management
    • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within the technology or healthcare sector.
    • Strong technical proficiency with the ability to grasp complex software solutions quickly; experience with AWS, Python, or similar technologies is advantageous.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in healthcare finance or working with Revenue Cycle Management systems.
    • Technical certifications or advanced training in relevant software and systems.
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
