Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new clients on our RCM platform to ensure efficient system use and integration.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and our technical teams, managing and triaging client issues with agility and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with our support and engineering departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability.
- Monitor and report on the financial performance and health of client accounts, utilizing our business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our client management processes and tools through regular feedback and innovative ideas.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years in medical billing / revenue cycle management
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within the technology or healthcare sector.
- Strong technical proficiency with the ability to grasp complex software solutions quickly; experience with AWS, Python, or similar technologies is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare finance or working with Revenue Cycle Management systems.
- Technical certifications or advanced training in relevant software and systems.
$75,000 - $100,000 a year
