Entrata is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and delivery for our ecosystem initiatives, including the unified marketplace, external partner integrations, and monetization of partner services. This highly cross-functional, externally facing role is responsible for scaling adoption and driving revenue through a robust, partner-driven platform.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and execution of Entrata’s marketplace platform, enabling external vendors, service providers, and content partners.
- Define product strategy for partner onboarding, portals, listings, billing, and self-service integration tools.
- Drive alignment with go-to-market teams (alliances, sales, marketing) to expand partnerships and ecosystem revenue.
- Collaborate with the Integration and Developer Platform PM to ensure partners have the APIs, documentation, and support needed to build on Entrata.
- Analyze partner usage data and marketplace KPIs to optimize performance and inform roadmap decisions.
- Lead roadmap planning, requirements gathering, and backlog prioritization across distributed teams.
- Integrate AI capabilities into marketplace workflows to improve automation, partner experience, and scalability.
- Partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver products that meet enterprise customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify new opportunities.
- Apply agile methodologies, data-driven prioritization, and iterative release cycles to deliver high-impact features.
- Monitor product performance metrics, user behavior, and ecosystem health to guide continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS ecosystems, platforms, or marketplaces.
- Proven experience building and scaling multi-sided platforms or developer ecosystems (e.g., app stores, integration hubs).
- Strong understanding of partner lifecycle, monetization models (rev share, tiering), and ecosystem metrics (GMV, attach rate).
- Track record of “0-to-1” product launches and scaling in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to balance strategic business priorities with tactical API and integration details.
- Strong understanding of modern software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise customers.
- Proven success in launching and managing enterprise software products.
- Experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced technical degree (e.g., MS in Computer Science).
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), RBAC, and data protection frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with legal, security, and engineering on compliance-sensitive initiatives.
- Ability to navigate both technical depth and regulatory nuance.

- Prompt Engineering: Expertise in designing multi-step prompts with embedded logic and context chaining.
- Context Management: Skilled at structuring inputs to optimize LLM reasoning and retention.
- LLM Knowledge: Understanding of transformer mechanics, tokenization, fine-tuning, and RAG patterns.
- Automation Mindset: Experience building AI-augmented workflows to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy.
- Tooling Integration: Familiarity with connecting LLMs to APIs, vector databases, and code execution environments.
- Quality Control: Ability to detect and mitigate hallucinations, drift, and bias through refinement.
- AI Productivity: Demonstrated ability to accelerate delivery and scale impact using AI.
$119,000 - $188,000 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
