Entrata is seeking a skilled and client-centric Website Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of our updated Custom Websites service. In this role, you will be the primary driver behind the successful delivery of premium, modern websites for our property management clients. You will partner closely with the sales team, acting as the technical and strategic expert who brings the vision for a new website to life.

This position is focused on post-sale execution and long-term client success. You will manage the entire delivery lifecycle, from initial project scoping to the design, build, and launch of websites on our Duda-based platform. A key component of this premium service is an ongoing commitment to our clients, including performing strategic website updates every six months to ensure their online presence remains modern and effective.

While your primary work will be on our new pro-level platform, a strong foundational knowledge of our core ProspectPortal CMS and the broader Entrata ecosystem is essential for success. This understanding allows you to provide expert consultation and ensure a seamless integration of client data and services.

Responsibilities include:

    • Project Delivery & Execution:
    • Own the end-to-end delivery of Pro Websites, managing project timelines, scope, client communication, and resources to ensure a successful and timely launch.
    • Lead the design and build process on our CMS platform, translating client goals into a beautiful, functional, and high-performing website.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the implementation process, building strong relationships through clear communication and trusted expertise.
    • Identify areas of service expansion such as landing page development, ad creative service, conversion tracking in coordination with engineers, and other opportunities to be identified.

    • Sales Partnership & Consultation:
    • Act as a subject matter expert during the sales process, joining calls with the sales team to answer technical questions and provide strategic recommendations.
    • Collaborate with sales to define project scope, develop proposals, and set clear expectations with prospective clients.
    • Leverage your knowledge of ProspectPortal to explain how critical property data (e.g., real-time pricing, availability, floor plans) will integrate with their new website.

    • Ongoing Client Management & Site Modernization:
    • Perform strategic website reviews for each client every six months to ensure consistent modern design, optimal performance, and alignment with current digital trends.
    • Manage the Duda platform for your portfolio of clients, maintaining full administrative control while provisioning appropriate, limited editor access for client use.
    • Serve as a long-term strategic partner to clients, advising them on best practices for maintaining a compelling and effective web presence.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing delivery role, such as a Digital Project Manager, Implementation Specialist, Web Producer, or Technical Account Manager.
    • Direct, hands-on experience building or managing websites with a WYSIWYG platform like Duda, Wix, Squarespace, or a similar editor.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading client meetings and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • A strong working knowledge of Entrata’s ProspectPortal CMS.
    • Experience in the multifamily industry or a related field.
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices, web analytics, and digital marketing principles.
    • Experience working in a collaborative role with a sales team.
    • Familiarity with Jira, Asana, and project management tools and systems.
    • Experience with Figma and other design tools.
