Join our team at Entrata Software in Lehi, Utah, as an Insurance Customer Service Representative II (CSR II). In this role, you will leverage your intermediate knowledge of insurance processes, organizational policies, and customer service to deliver exceptional support. Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience OR Advanced Insurance designations (CIC, ARM, CPCU etc.)
    • Resident Insurance Producer License at plus (or willing to get a P&C License within the first 6-months of employ)
    • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the insurance industry or related field.
    • Strong grasp of insurance industry practices, policies, and procedures.
    • Proficient in insurance software, customer management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
    • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion within defined procedures.
    • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide standard professional advice.
    • Experience working on varied problems of moderate scope.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Insurance designations such as AII, CIC
    • Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.
    • Familiarity with Entrata software or similar platforms.
    • Additional certifications or training in insurance-related disciplines.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding customer service expectations.
