Entrata’s Knowledge and Education Department is looking for a Product Trainer and Researcher. This individual will be a key team member in creating Entrata's first-ever Client Certification Program. In the role, the Product Trainer and Researcher will serve several key functions, including product research, curriculum development, and customer-facing training. The Product Trainer and Researcher work directly with Entrata’s product team to discover and analyze Entrata products to become a subject matter expert. They are in charge of testing and confirming product functionality and then transferring their knowledge to our Instructional designers who will create certifications based on the Product Trainer and Researcher’s product discovery. The Product Trainer and Researcher create a curriculum to help customers take their learning to the next level in scenario-based, instructor-led training. As part of our Product Education team, this role requires the ability to improve the end user’s experience and create advocacy by delivering world-class training.  We need enthusiastic and creative people who can not only transfer knowledge but also motivate our customers to retain information with fun, highly engaging, and effective training.

Responsibilities will include

    • Define, create, and implement scenario-based training programs for customers.
    • Deliver instructor-led virtual training to end-user customers, partners, and internal employees.
    • Establish oneself as an SME on all of Entrata’s products and services in order to transfer knowledge to instructional designers. 
    • Concisely convey technical content to a broad range of user profiles.
    • Create, coordinate, and deliver training for Entrata’s annual conferences live in front of 300+ people.
    • Operate independently to manage all aspects of curriculum development and training delivery.
    • Meet rigorous deadlines and KPIs that lead to department excellence by being self-driven to reach goals.
    • Identify and understand challenges and issues faced by clients and coworkers; foster an environment of positive communication when sharing viewpoints, concerns, and ideas by demonstrating high EQ.

Minimum Qualifications

    • 2+ years of software or sales training/support experience
    • Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in the multifamily industry
    • Understand and apply fundamental concepts of adult learning to all lessons and presentations; find fulfillment in teaching
    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field
