As a member of the Business Consulting team, an Entrata Business Consultant plays a key role in the success of a client’s implementation and ongoing use of Entrata Revenue Intelligence product. As a Business Consultant, you will work with the client’s business teams to properly configure Entrata Revenue Intelligence to meet their needs. Consultants are expected to master the Entrata product and use their Revenue Intelligence expertise to help the client use the product in the most effective way for their needs.
Responsibilities will include
- Articulate the revenue intelligence value proposition and develop credibility for its concepts and benefits
- Demonstrate Revenue intelligence skills and best practices to effectively consult with clients
- Become and maintain certification in Entrata Revenue Intelligence features and related products for all verticals as applicable
- (Conventional, Student, Affordable, Military)
- Provide a wide variety of post-sales consulting services to ensure world-class client experience and successful implementation of Entrata Revenue Intelligence
- Train on revenue intelligence concepts and best practices. Enable the client to use the Entrata Revenue intelligence tool on their own.
- Complete performance measurement analysis regarding financial results, revenue intelligence adoption, leasing velocity, and market conditions.
- Demonstrate a Subject Matter Expert Level Knowledge of Entrata’s Revenue Intelligence Product
- Demonstrate a Subject Matter Knowledge of Entrata’s Operations Intelligence Suite as it relates and pertains to Entrata Revenue Intelligence and the function within Entrata Core.
- Maintain an understanding of customer processes and configure the software to achieve desired Revenue Intelligence functionality
- Help define the Business Consulting process and participate in change management
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of PaaS Software Implementation or Consulting Level Business Experience
- Solid understanding of the Google Suite of products including gmail, calendar, meet, sheets, docs.
- Experience with all implementation/consulting tasks -- (project management, kick-off calls, consultations, data configuration and review, etc.)
- Previous revenue Intelligence consulting experience
- Experience in the Multifamily housing industry and processes
- Experience in a client-facing role with SaaS products

- Agile: Proven track record working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams that manage multiple projects requiring effective organization skills and attention to detail
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in the use of technology with the ability to adapt to change and learn new software platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of PaaS Software Implementation or Consulting Level Business Experience
- Previous software consulting or revenue Intellgince consulting experience
- Self-motivated: Accepts responsibility, is accountable, and can work independently with little direction or guidance
