Product Managers engage with the industry and the market to discover jobs to be done and are responsible for developing the product roadmap. Product Managers represent the voice of the customer to the organization and act as the face of the product to the market.
Responsibilities will include:

- Defining Product Value Statements
- Defining Product Performance Metrics
- Establishing feedback loops to gain an understanding of customer satisfaction
- Defining and executing long-term product strategy and vision
- Build effective relationships with internal product stakeholders
- Performing market validation for released epics
- Performing external discovery with customers and non-customers as needed, including client visits, interviews, round tables, etc.
- Leading product ideation within the product strategy team
- Approving new feature requests for prioritization or cancellation
- Determining the priority of all tasks and stories within the product backlog
- Translating product strategy into a prioritized roadmap of major milestones and projects
- Writing epics for major product updates and projects that include informative user stories, detailed requirements, and clearly defined scope
- Leading product strategy and vision meetings that involve all product stakeholders, articulating key theories and hypotheses for future consideration
- Providing clarity and authority in making final decisions for feature requests, including requirements and acceptance criteria, when in dispute
- Providing thought leadership and representing Entrata at industry events, within industry publications, and in other external capacities as approved by the SVP
- Working with the Product SVP to support sales efforts targeted at strategic customers
- Providing adequate training and product updates to the sales teams
- Maintaining a list of referenceable clients
- Developing and championing go-to-market strategies for new products or impactful releases
- Preparing services for major features and functionality changes
- Providing adequate training and product updates to all services departments
- Reviewing and assisting services in optimizing implementation processes

Minimum Qualifications:
- 8 + Years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Product Management Experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable learning new software; willing to become a product expert
- Empathetic to the questions and concerns of clients
- Exceptional at working with clients over the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Property Management Software
- A track record of innovating on behalf of customers and developing ‘new to the world’ products
- The ability to use both qualitative and quantitative data to influence stakeholders and make decisions
- Ability to weigh competing priorities, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with stakeholders, driving to consensus while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities.
