Responsibilities will include

    • Design and Develop Automations and Integrations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop integrations using the Workato platform, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
    • Embedded Integrations: Create and maintain embedded integrations within our products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Workflow Automation: Build and optimize automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
    • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, including technical specifications, workflows, and user guides.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving existing integrations and workflows, recommending and implementing enhancements.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand integration needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Compliance and Security: Ensure all integrations comply with relevant security standards and best practices, including data privacy regulations.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with a focus on Workato and embedded integrations.
    • Proficiency in Workato or similar iPaaS, including experience with building, managing, and maintaining integrations.
    • Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST, SOAP), and data formats (JSON, XML).
    • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for custom integrations and automation.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-based integration patterns.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with other integration platforms or tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi). Preference to Workato
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
