Entrata is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our internal systems, with a special focus on third-party integrations, managing permissions/users & groups, and overseeing module deprecation. In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and strategic business goals, ensuring our systems are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our company's growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about innovative system solutions and process optimization.

Responsibilities will include

    • Spearhead the integration of third-party applications, ensuring seamless compatibility and efficiency.
    • Manage and optimize the system for user permissions and groups, enhancing security and accessibility.
    • Lead the process of module deprecation, including planning, communication, and execution.
    • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning with organizational objectives and technological trends.
    • Facilitate effective communication with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into system improvements.
    • Create detailed user stories and maintain an overarching vision for our internal systems.
    • Prioritize feature development and system enhancements based on impact and company priorities.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate implementation of product requirements.
    • Oversee the documentation and transition of new system releases and updates to users.
    • Conduct regular evaluations of system performance, usability, and compliance with the latest industry standards.
    • Establish metrics for success and monitor the performance of systems post-implementation.
    • Provide training and support to internal users, ensuring optimal adoption and usage of systems.
    • Advocate for a user-centric approach in all aspects of system development and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on managing and improving internal systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience in managing integrations with third-party applications.
    • Strong skills in managing system permissions, users, and groups.
    • Experience with module deprecation and lifecycle management.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with APIs and managing third-party integrations.
    • Technical proficiency in SQL or PHP.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Familiarity with the nuances of managing internal systems and tools.
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead teams through influence.
    • A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
    • Experience working with offshore teams.
