As a Product Manager for the CRM function at Entrata, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our customer relationship management tools. Your focus will be on leveraging technology, particularly AI-driven solutions, to streamline customer interactions, improve lead scoring processes, and enhance communication channels. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that will revolutionize how our clients engage with their customers.

Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product roadmap execution for Entrata’s CRM, which includes our property management lead management features and messaging functionality.
    • Spearhead the development and deployment of AI algorithms for lead scoring, working closely with data scientists and engineers to refine models and improve lead qualification accuracy.
    • Oversee the transition of communication systems from email to SMS/text messaging, including the development of automated messaging workflows and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Lead the implementation and optimization of Entrata REDD (AI) for customer chat functionality on client websites, ensuring a seamless integration and user experience.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for innovation within the CRM space.
    • Monitor key performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on product enhancements, address pain points, and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on CRM or related software solutions.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience working with AI-driven technologies and machine learning algorithms in a product management capacity.
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Understanding of modern software development methodologies, such as Agile or Lean.
    • Experience in the property management or real estate industry, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
    • Certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
