The Sr Consultant partners with customers to configure and implement Entrata’s software solutions that align with customer business processes and objectives. This role requires deep product knowledge across multiple verticals and serves as a trusted advisor in delivering enterprise-level projects. The Sr Consultant contributes to strategic customer engagements, leads portions of complex implementations, and provides mentorship to junior consultants while ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to organizational standards.

Responsibilities:

    • Implement and configure Entrata’s software to meet customer requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational standards.
    • Lead and support project execution through consultations, configuration, documentation, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert across assigned product verticals by obtaining and maintaining advanced certifications and product knowledge.
    • Contribute to internal process improvements, departmental initiatives, and knowledge sharing to support team and organizational success.
    • Mentor and coach junior consultants, assist with training, and contribute to team development.
    • Conduct research, testing, and troubleshooting of new features and functionality, sharing findings with the team.
    • Support directors and managers with team training, interviewing, and project oversight.

Essential Functions:

    • Lead and execute core implementation and configuration tasks for strategic and enterprise-level customers.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert by maintaining advanced product certifications and applying knowledge to solve complex customer needs.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants to ensure team growth and project quality.
    • Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within scope and on time.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
    • Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to analyze needs and provide implementable solutions.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
    • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt existing approaches and develop solutions to complex challenges.
    • Proficiency in adopting and leveraging technology, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.

Education and Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
    • 4+ years of experience with the company’s PaaS software implementation.
    • Experience in the multifamily housing industry and related business processes preferred.
$78,900 - $123,500 a year
This band covers the full salary range for the role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.

Currently, Entrata hires in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Illinois for Exempt roles and Arizona, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for Non-Exempt roles.
