As part of our global HR Information Systems team, the HRIS Analyst II role will be a part of a high-performing team supporting the successful operation of the People team and complimentary teams at Entrata. This role will be a key player in supporting the HR Information Systems roadmap, using data to uncover actionable insights, configuring and enhancing our HRIS platform, and using investigation and troubleshooting skills to optimize processes. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR systems administration, configuration, and data analysis.

Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day operations of HR tech stack, including user management, security permissions, and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure system integrity and data accuracy through education, audits, and corrective actions.
    • Customize and configure HR tech stack systems & modules to align with organizational workflows, policies, and goals.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system enhancements or configurations.
    • Validate, cleanse, and normalize data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Generate ad hoc and regular reports to meet HR stakeholder needs.
    • Interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights and connect them to strategic goals.
    • Assess system utilization and recommend improvements for training, customization, and enhancements.
    • Analyze existing workflows and propose system enhancements or process improvements in collaboration with HR and complimentary teams.
    • Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and data analysis.
    • 2+ years of experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in HRIS platform structures, functions, and processes - experience with ADP, Lever, Domo, Qualtrics, or Emtrain is a plus but not required.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clean and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
    • Adept at working independently while also thriving as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functional areas.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
