Entrupy is seeking a full-time Marketing Analyst based in or around Bangalore, India. This is a Hybrid position that requires commuting to our office in Bangalore at least once a week. The position is salaried.

Responsibilities

    • Collect and analyze customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
    • Build and maintain reporting dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports; seek opportunities for continual improvement of reporting infrastructure within the team.
    • Monitor marketing campaigns and overall growth initiatives; test and audit campaigns, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities to increase campaign performance.
    • Manage and track monthly budgets on a routine basis to ensure efficient delivery of advertising spend and recommend any adjustments.
    • Develop and present learnings from your analysis, including actionable insights and recommendations.
    • Support lead generation efforts (e.g. market research, administering Seamless AI, pipeline management and workflow development)
    • Support Business Development / Customer Experience data organization and systems. (e.g. evaluate processes, restructure customer segments and lead sources)
    • Work strategically with other departments to develop a promotional calendar to ensure high-level order and revenue goals are met.
    • Monitor and analyze digital media and marketing trends.
    • Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, customers, and industry leaders.

Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and 2+ years of experience.
    • Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. (CRM experience preferred)
    • Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social media (Instagram, TikTok), display, and other programmatic media platforms.
    • Strong ability in analyzing marketing channel performance, evaluating marketing KPIs, demand forecast modeling, and financial budgeting.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, including ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
    • Strong written communication and presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Proficiency in GoogleSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google Sheets)
