About the Role
As a People Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR processes while contributing to our overall mission of creating an exceptional employee experience. Additionally, this role will have a data and reporting analytics focus where you will collect, manipulate and interpret HR data to produce HR reports for internal stakeholders, empowering our People team, board, and executive team to make informed decisions. This will be a great next step in your career, working with a global tech business, expanding your generalist HR and administrative skills and working with a high performing and motivated people team.

What You'll Do:

    • First Level Support: Be the friendly face of our People Team, handling incoming queries and providing initial guidance to employees and managers. You'll ensure that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
    • Administrative Duties: From onboarding to offboarding, you'll manage the full spectrum of employee lifecycle changes. This includes preparing letters, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with various teams to streamline processes.
    • Data Integrity and Reporting: Dive into HR data by collecting and maintaining data in order to generate reports to support decision-making across the organization. This includes compiling weekly milestones, updating the HR Dashboard monthly, preparing periodic reports for audits, and responding to ad-hoc requests. 
    • Remuneration and Compliance: Assist in salary benchmarking, compliance audits, and diversity initiatives to ensure that we're not only meeting but exceeding industry standards.
    • Ad Hoc Projects: Step up to the plate whenever there's a new initiative or project that requires your expertise. Your flexibility and can-do attitude will be invaluable assets to our team.

What You'll Bring:

    • Previous HR administration experience Highly organised, strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Proficiency in organisational wide reporting, including report design, data analysis and insightsIntermediate to advance use of Microsoft Excel (and Google Sheets)
    • Highly trustworthy and able to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive information
    • Preferably some experience in HR systems and data analytics tools 
    • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
    • Tech savvy, proactive and comfortable learning new systems 
    • A flexible and growth mindset with an ability to context switch
